I began my chiropractic career as a patient. After experiencing much of what chiropractic has to offer, I committed myself to the field of chiropractic in the hope of one day giving to others what I had received.
Moving to Portland in Autumn of 2005, I devoted much of myself toward the study of chiropractic and other alternative therapies. I graduated from the University of Western States (formerly known as Western States Chiropractic College) with a healthy blend of scientific and more philosophical schools of thought.
Born and raised just a stone’s throw from the hustle and bustle of New York City, I appreciate living in Portland for its beauty and its level of accessibility to a healthier lifestyle including affordable, local, healthful, organic foods and year-round hiking opportunities.
My practice is centered around the adjustment, though I offer a number of soft tissue modalities including trigger point therapies and instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques. I work primarily with my hands, though I offer an array of modalities designed to help you to become and remain the best you that you can be.
I am especially excited to be a part of the Portland landscape. I enjoy happy and quirky, yet still family-oriented living. I believe that Portland offers an abundance of much that I hold dear.
In terms of my areas of personal interest, I love healthy food, hiking, dance, martial arts, yoga, and inspiring artistic creations of various forms. I am also enjoying this time in my life with my boyfriend and our beautiful cats, K, P, B, & J.
